1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order on Deco Aro is simple. You can add items you like to the shopping cart, enter a shipping address and choose a payment method and you are ready to check out.

2. How will the order be delivered?

We deliver your orders, at your doorstep, through a network of professional courier companies.

3. How can I check if my order was completed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS Confirmation from DecoAro. The confirmation email will contain all the details of the order.  You can also view your orders in My Account > My Orders on the website.

4. Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time we do not accept orders on the phone. But, when we add such additional services we will notify you via email or on our website

5. I am unable to place an order using my Debit/ Credit card. Can you help me place an order?

Please check for the following:

1.      Have you entered the correct Debit/Credit Card details

2.      Do details like name on card, address etc match with what you have submitted at the time of applying for the card

3.      Do you have the required balance on your Debit/Credit Card

If you continue to face problems with placing an order with your Debit/Credit Card do check with the relevant bank. You may also send us an email at Online@decoaro.com, letting us know the Merchant and we will check from our end as well.

6. My credit card/ bank account has been debited but the order was unsuccessful. Will I receive a refund?

If there is an unsuccessful transaction on your account, the bank automatically rolls back the amount within 7 business days. The time taken may be different with each bank. Please contact your bank for more details on this.

If the bank informs you that the amount was debited to our account, we will ensure you receive the product for which you have placed order. Please mail us the details at feedback@decoaro.com

7. How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive updates on your order every step of the way. Once the order ships out, you will also receive a tracking order with the courier, which you can track on their website. Additionally, you can also check the status in My Account> My Order> Status. You can get the tracking number and delivery date here. Please check your spam to see if our mails are going in your spam folder.

8. Can I cancel my order?

After you have made the payment, Deco Aro has a no cancellation policy. However if we do introduce this facility, we will update this on our website and keep you posted.

9. Can I place a bulk order on an item?

Yes, we have special corporate offers for receiving bulk orders. For this you may fill in the form available here or write to us at corporate@decoaro.com

10. If I order a gift to be shipped directly to my loved ones, will the price tag and invoice be removed?

Yes, we can email the invoice to you and ship the item to the recipient without a price tag or invoice. You only need to check the gift option while placing an order for this service.

11. Do you allow exchanges and returns?

We do not allow exchanges and returns of items received. However if we do introduce this facility, we will update this on our website and keep you posted.

12. Can I add an item to an existing order?

You may add new items into your cart before checkout. At the stage of checkout and on completing an order you cannot add a new item to the same invoice. However you can simply place another order.

2. Is it safe to make Debit and Credit card payments on the website?

All Debit card, Credit card and Net banking payments are processed via a secure encrypted connection. We use the most up to date technology to keep your transactions safe so you can continue shopping without any worries.

3. Are there any hidden charges?

All charges will appear in your order summary. There are absolutely no hidden charges.

4. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry ensuring the information passed onto payment gateway is accurate that is; account details, billing address and password for net banking. An uninterrupted internet connection is also important to get your payments across.

5. I see Debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Deco Aro but I have never shopped with you. What do I do?

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Deco Aro, but you have never created an account or signed up with us, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.


What is Deco Aro’s Shipping Philosophy?

Deco Aro will provide you with a superior shopping experience at every step. We will ensure that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you in one piece. We pride ourselves on prompt delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The Order Summary page will show the estimated time of delivery to your location. After placing the order, you will receive an email which has the description of your order as well as the estimated delivery time.

In cases of contingent events like flight delays, political upheavals, climatic disruptions and other similar instances, the delivery may take a longer time. In all these cases, we will keep you posted about the status of your consignment via SMS and/or emails.
The following information will guide you about the delivery time in different cities across India:

Delivery within 3-6  business days

Your order will reach your doorstep within 2-4 business days if it is being shipped to the following areas
• Chennai

Delivery in 4 - 6 business days for Other cities

For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within  4 – 7 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.

For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, your order should reach you within 5 business days from the time of the order confirmation. In some locations, the delivery of the order may take longer depending the ease with which the location is accessible by our logistics partners.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes. The shipping charges will be included with the total billing price of the product.

Will I receive my order in a single package?

Your order may have products labeled as ‘Sold by Deco Aro’. Each of these products will have varied time of delivery.

• All “Sold by Deco Aro” products will reach you in a single package.

How will my order be packaged?

We deal with the most delicate products, so we’ve created a packaging method that will keep your order intact. If the products arrive damaged, you can email us at orders@decoaro.com and we will be happy to help you.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

Your order will be delivered on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

In this phase of business we do not ship internationally. However if you do have a corporate order please write to us at corporate@decoaro.com and we will call you to discuss this facility.

Why did I receive a partial Order?

Items that have not got through our Quality Check that is done before the dispatch may be the reason for receiving a partial order. Please be assured that we will proactively dispatch your order unless you have cancelled it.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

We, at Deco Aro are prompt in our services. The delivery will reach you within the specified number of business days mentioned in the earlier section of ‘. Currently, we do not plan on rushing up our services any further. 


How do I track my Order?

Once you order has been shipped to you, an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and other details of the logistics provider will be sent to you.

Do I need to register to shop?

Yes you will need to register with us to shop.

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?

Registering with us does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password, we will reset it for you. Please on forget password link to reset your password

Do I need to type my address every time I order?

The Address book link will save your address once it has been used. You will have the option of changing it or adding additional addresses from the same link, through the new address button.

Unfortunately there is not much that can be done now. Please subscribe to our newsletter and 'like' us on Face book to know of the latest styles and all the current deals.

The option of procuring the order at the latest price is not available right now. However, if you are interested in the latest prices, do follow us on Face book and Twitter to know more of the latest news on our products.

I see similar items with different prices. Why so?

Price of an item depends on various factors. Hence, it is possible that similar items have different prices.  

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
